January 2014: Randolph Products Company introduces Urachem Ultra – a low VOC (<2.8 lbs/gal) polyurethane topcoat which features Randolph Products’ proprietary technologies used for navy aircraft.  This commercial product is part of our ECL (Eastern Chem-Lac) line of products destined for OEM coating projects. It provides a highly durable, flexible finish with superior exterior durability, chemical and abrasion resistance.

Randolph Products receives ISO 9001:2008 Certification

We are proud to announce our ISO 9001: 2008 Certification.  The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is a worldwide federation of national standards bodies. Randogrip Navy G on USS Sterett Navy Destroyer

Randolph Products’ MIL-PRF-24667C Comp G Types 1 and 2 has been successfully applied by our partner Surface Technologies Corp on the USS Sterett, Flight IIA Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer of the United States Navy. Last month in San Diego, the USS Reagan Nimitz-class nuclear-powered aircraft carrier underwent the same maintenance with our Navy G non-skid.  The photo of the finished deck of the USS Sterett appears here below.

January 2013

Randolph Products Company purchased certain assets of Everseal International Sales Company, thus enabling customers to purchase distributed products through Randolph which were previously sold through Everseal, creating a true “one-stop-shop” experience.

 

Carol Rosler is hired as Technical Manager in April 2011

Randolph Products Company names Carol Rosler as Technical Manager.  Carol has over 25 years experience formulating coatings for Military and Industrial Markets with an emphasis on the development of unique epoxy coatings.  Carol is a NACE Certified Coatings Inspector and works closely with NRL, NAVSEA and ARL on the development of new innovative coatings for the military.

Carol has rejuvenated our laboratory with the hiring of several new up and coming chemists who under her direction are developing next generation coatings technologies for NAVSEA, NAVAIR and ARL approval.

June 2008 New Products on QPL

Randolph Products Company announces that its MIL-PRF-85285D Types I and II, Class H Polyurethane and MIL-PRF-22750 Epoxy have both been approved and appear on QPL after testing by the U.S. Naval Air Warfare Center (NAWC) in Patuxent River, MD.

Randolph Products Company launches Randogrip – a new product line of Anti-Slip/Non-Skid Coatings.

This line is an immediate success for Randolph products as a large private label business- our formulas are behind many internationally recognized brands of anti-slip coatings.

January 2006 Randolph Products Company acquires Everseal International Sales Company

Randolph Products Company announces the acquisition of Everseal International Sales Company of Edgewater, New Jersey. Everseal brings with it the resources of a fully-functional sales organization with access to military, aerospace, and marine paint and coatings products and manufacturers throughout the country. Everseal Offices are relocated to Chicopee, Massachusetts.

April 2004 Sale of Dope and Lacquer business segment to Consolidated Aircraft

Randolph Products Company announces the sale of their Aircraft Products dope and lacquers business segment to Consolidated Aircraft of Riverside California. Products will retain the Randolph name and quality commitment. This move was initiated to align resources to support the growth of the Military, General Industrial, and Conductive Coatings business segments.
